Contra Costa county is infamous in the SF Bay area, they set the standard in official corruption. Concealed Carry Permits are sold for political contributions, for example.

ReplyDeleteA Riverside County, CA, deputy did this. Then the bastard set fire to the body while the kids watched. No doubt it was the fire that was the actual crime, as shooting someone for any reason is only "good police policy".
