Stool samples would be a good description of not only UK administration but the local government of Lexington/Fayette county.
Several years ago, when CCW was being debated seriously for the first time in the state, the Lexington police chief threatened to turn every traffic stop into a felony stop if the law was passed. "If mundanes are allowed to carry concealed weapons, I will instruct my officers to pull everyone out of cars at traffic stops, cuff them, bend them over the hood and frisk them." Never mind that at the time, Kentuckians could carry a firearm unconcealed in a vehicle or even concealed in the "factory installed glove compartment".
