Hopefully I'll find time to comment in more detail tomorrow, because it really does illustrate how ludicrous the gungrabbers' plans are in terms of accomplishing the goals they're trying to sell their obscene Arms Trade Treaty with.
Why are we contributing any of our funds (from taxes and tariffs) to this effort? Is it so that some will feel more safe and secure? It is a complete and total waste of capital, both cash and human effort.
