    Obviously, the officer also took very swift action, but not swift enough.

    Well, gosh... what part of being caught in the act (you should pardon the expression) still needs "investigation?" Are there possible extenuating circumstances? I'm all ears.

    Oh, and was he carrying a gun at the time? For shame! Does that make this a "gun crime?" Good grief.
