  1. Our government, through the court system, has guaranteed these "no guns" policies by making a business owner liable for what his employees and customers do in self defense, but insulating them from liability for what a criminal does.

    Employee or customer shooting= lawsuit
    criminal shooting= no lawsuit

    There is no liability for allowing a criminal to kill your employees and customers.
