Since when has refusal to identify yourself been punishable with a life sentence?  Isn't that what the "authorities" are saying here...?

    Haha. Police are baffled. His prints don't come back, and he just keeps repeating:

    That terminator is out there. It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead.

    The country is on the brink. Robert Heinlein stated in one of his novels something to the effect that when a country requires everyone to carry an ID, that country is not far from extinction.
