Republicans vote to block funding for new gun-sale requirements [More]
And Rep. Moran proves what a morON he is with that "virtual wholesale slaughter" bit of public pantie-wetting.
Keep after these bastards--use every damn trick in the book and cede no yardage. Especially when ours is the high ground.
And tell Rep. Rehberg "Thanks."
That bill later died in the Senate, and Democrats stripped the reporting requirement provision from a subsequent measure.
ReplyDeleteIf I'm reading this right, the bill that died was H.R. 1, months ago--the appropriations bill that Rehberg attached his amendment to today is still alive.
Rep. Jim Moran (D-Va.) = marxist, actively working to destroy Liberty
ReplyDeleteMoran publicly states that he supports the redistribution of wealth.
Moran supports gun control, voting for the Brady Bill and supporting a reinstatement of the Assault Weapons Ban.
His brother is Brian Moran, currently Chairperson of the Democratic Party of Virginia.
nice family of marxists.
My comment to the Hill. (for what it's worth)
ReplyDeleteYou people who find it so convenient to denigrate others' rights guaranteed by the Constitution would be screaming bloody murder if an agency of the government were attacking the rights you hold so dear.
Your right to: a fair trial, freedom of speech or expression, religion or freedom from same, petition the government, be free from unreasonable search and seizure. All the gun rights people I'm acquainted with would not begin to suggest that any of your rights be suspended. And, yet my rights appear to mean nothing to you.

Right you are, Kurt. Took out that ref.
