Good Lord.
And in case you're wondering how come he has guns, well he told us: Retired Only One now
Bloomberg Paradise politico.
Figures he doesn't know the First Amendment from the Fourth. Hey, it's just an oath.
Figures he'd be a potential
Lee Paige Award/Sucking Chest Wound Division finalist.
What does it look like to you his thumbs are doing?
That this man is a state senator explains much about the state of New York. Good god.
ReplyDeleteHe multiply refers to "removing illegal handguns" from the streets. There is no such thing as an "illegal handgun". There are people who are prohibited by Federal law from possessing weapons, and there are those who lack a license to carry weapons from the state of New York. On that license to carry or amendment, the licensee lists the weapons that he would be carrying. Woe to those who dare obtain another weapon and do not have the proper amended license!
ReplyDeleteAlso, an expended cartridge in a sealed container fired by the manufacturer has to be provided by the FFL to the State Police, so buy and install that extra firing pin, extractor and barrel and police your brass just to mess up their database system.
BTW Article 2, Section 4 of the New York Civil Rights Law states: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms cannot be infringed.”
Yes, seriously, it does state that.
See http://www.nraila.org/statelawpdfs/NYSL.pdf for more wackiness.
How, pray tell, did you protect children by wearing a bullet-resistant vest, which could protect only you?
ReplyDeleteOr is propaganda the only thing that means anything to you?
I don't know which video is funnier.

Is this a joke video?
ReplyDeleteThose heavy NY trigger pulls are what cause children to shoot themselves, and ex cops to point a gun at their own chest.
ReplyDeleteAnother good technique besides swapping out your firing pin is to find a range where the police shoot. They often do not bother to "police" their brass (pun intended), so if you can grab some in your caliber - or even a different caliber - pick it up. Should you have to use your own weapon at some time, feel free to throw down some of _their_ brass at the scene.
ReplyDeleteJust a suggestion from a former peace officer who is concerned with the state of law enforcement these days.
I noticed that this buffoon kept saying, "there are no First Amendment rights in your home" when he should have been referencing the Fourth Amendment. Of course, either one is a scary proposition. Way to turn a kid's home into a Soviet gulag, Sparky!
