The U.S. Department of Justice is defending computer hacking laws that make it a crime to use a fake name on Facebook or lie about your weight in an online dating profile at a site like Match.com.  [More]
So let me get this straight: Lying on social media sites should be a federal crime.  Lying to Congress...?  Eh...

Hell, just recently this same bunch was proposing lying on FOIA responses.

Perhaps if these insane control freaks get their way they can be hoist with their own petard...
