    People don't kill. Cars kill! We need more reasonable car control laws in place in this country.

    Vehicle Registration ... Oh, we already have that?

    Drivers licenses ... ??? We have those too?

    Mandatory insurance ... That too?

    And the only ones are still being slaughtered by automobiles? We haven't tried confiscation yet ... have we?
