We're the Only Ones Camera-Shy Enough

Evil tyranny in action by the violence monopolists. [Watch]

Here is their agent.

Tom Wiseman: Anyone who is not a willing creature of darkness would resign before taking part in this, and join in condemning it. I'm not addressing you as a prosecutor, I'm addressing you as a presumed human being and American:

What the hell is wrong with you? "The banality of evil" applies to creatures such as you.

  1. David, I just called the number on that site (681-546-1505) and the lady that answered told me that Michael Allison's case was dismissed. She said it's been quite a while, but I haven't had a chance to verify it yet.

  2. Actually, any law that forbids recording the police during "the performance of their duties" is unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

Why? Because the Supreme Court Says so. You can download Morgan Leigh Manning's paper on "The War on Photography" here:

If the irresponsible prosecutor does manage to get a conviction, it is quite likely to cost Crawford County several million dollars.

  3. David,
When I called to express my opinion to Wiseman, I was informed that the case was dismissed "a while back", but she didn't know when. So, I contacted the Circuit Clerk's office via email to request verification.
This is the response I got:
"The case was declared Unconstitutional on September 15, 2011. They State's
Attorney and Attorney General's Office has appealed it to the Supreme Court.
    "

So, it seems that the judge had some sense, but the State's Attorney (isn't that Wiseman?) and the Attorney General need to be taken to task for their efforts.
