We're the Only Ones Confluent Enough

"This is a horrible confluence of events," King said. [More]

Yeah, no kidding, Pete. Especially since all indicators point to "friendly fire." And jackbooted RINOs like you are among the chief proponents of the "only ones" mentality making future such "confluences" a certainty:
His death is the latest in a string of shootings of off-duty officers in the New York area who were responding to a crime.

  1. King, the former IRA (current?) supporter, will not let this incident go to waste. He'll be riding it hard to further restrict the citizens while lauding the incompetent shooters for their heroism.

  2. I read recently that you are 11 times more likely to be shot by police rather than a citizen carrying legally.

"John was with him on the ground wrestling,"
Why in the hell would you fire at two people wrestling without trying to find out what's going on? They both should be charged with murder since you can't arrest anyone for stupidity.

It sounds from this article that it's open season on off duty LEO's in NY.

Peter King needs to dig a hole, crawl in and pull it in after himself. That's about a sorry excuse for a human being. Maybe he could dig a big enough hole to take Carolyn McCarthy with him. I wonder how long it will be before either one of them introduces a "law" in response? Cops murder other cops so we must disarm the civilians. Makes sense to me.

  4. Did anyone else notice these two snippets?

It's not clear who shot either man.

    and

Sources indicated that McGoey was wielding only a realistic-looking pellet gun.

But they're not sure who shot whom... those pellet guns are deadly, ban them all!!!

  5. It's a shame, because King's good on trying to return to immigration sanity, yet he's an elitist police state dunce on gun policy.

King buys into a lot of the Orwellian "war on terror" agenda, "Patriot" Acts, etc -- really a war on the US Constitution, the American people and our liberty, dignity, quality of life, etc, when he of all folks should know that none of it would be necessary if we returned to the kind of sane immigration policy we had through the 1950s, before the excutive branch began subverting our borders and immigration laws -- which ultimately made 911 possible.

Excessive or unlimited immigration = socialism and redistribution and destruction of wealth and income. Socialism is neither conservatism nor Republicanism.
