    NYC should have been allowed (maybe required) to secede from the Union when it first threatened to do so years prior to the War for Southern Independence.

    Herr Bloomberg, de facto, may have already done just that as he doesn't seem to give a damn about our country's Constitution or any rights and privileges of American citizens.
