If a weapon and ammunition are stolen, what is their cost to the thief?
If the thief then sells the stolen weapon and ammunition, what connection does that sales price have to any government imposed price control or taxation? Never mind that the transaction does not involve any bill of sale, sales tax, identity check of any sort, NICS backround check, or BATFE Form 4473 completion. Perhaps the seller of the stolen weapon will charge $5,000 per round of stolen ammunition because Chris Rock said so? Riiighhhht!
OTOH, he also said: “Never go to clubs with metal detectors. Sure it feels safe inside. But what about all those niggas waiting outside with guns? They know you ain't got one.”

ReplyDeleteA little consistency would be nice.
Guess no one ever told him crossbow bolts are reusable.
