Now, Gun Rights Examiner has obtained a copy of the April 2 Phoenix Police Department arrest reports for Celis-Acosta and his alleged accomplices from a source who has provided corroborated documents in the past. Of note: A handgun was seen being thrown out of the suspects’ car before police arrested them, Celis-Acosta was “arrested for possession of narcotics, Class Four felony” for a substance that “field tested positive to cocaine,” and arresting officers reported finding “multiple shell casings on the passenger seat and the floorboard on the driver side and passenger side.” [More]Today's Gun Rights Examiner report wonders just what the heck a gunwalker has to do to stay arrested.
