Clearly Officer Tasca does not fit the profile of an "only one."
She actually thought of herself as a "peace officer."
Just won't fit in with most of the current crop. She was supposed to join in in these beat downs, not prevent the crime from happening. I'm quite certain that nothing her accusers were doing while battering non-threatening "perps" violated "policy."
