UPDATE: Vanderboegh called me from the hospital--his sources are telling him this is disinformation put out by the other side, and with Jordy Yeager involved, that is believable.  Still, he needs to see some movement on this quickly from the leadership, including to discredit this new account and to get Boehner off the dime.

  1. Why is it called "disinformation"? Why not call it exactly what it is; lying?

  2. Two reasons--first, that's the word that was used, and second, because that word implies a strategic type of lie.
