Heavens!  Why isn't that ratio reversed? [Read]

I guess it's a more sensationalistic headline to help bring about those "tougher restrictions" Roland Browne is stamping his feet for than the more honest "Gun Registration an Utter Failure at Reducing Violent Crime."
