Don't laugh but in NYC there have been over the years, numerous proposals to register and regulate Karate instruction. You know, reasonable and common sense laws.
When the county attorney gives this to the grand jury, it will be the fastest no bill in Texas history.
I could see him being charge with a crime in some of the Northeastern states. Those same states that will not "allow" you to carry a gun for self defense. Bloomy would be proud. p
