So the Brady Bunch wants Washington to go from "shall issue" to "may issue", just like the Volkrepublik of Kollyvornia, where only the rich and well-connected are allowed a CW permit, eh? Why am I not surprised?
For those who couldn’t care less what statutes may proscribe, or those whose sociopathic temperament and/or lack of ability to control emotion overrides their rational thought process, laws are meaningless.
Somewhere in the collective intelligence of government, buried deeply under years of accumulated progressive thinking, there is the knowledge that the mere passing of a new law will not accomplish anything other than to place more restrictions upon those who are already obeying, or at least are trying to obey, all the laws already in existence.
