ReplyDeleteDoes posting a store have the force of law in NC? Or is it like many states where they can only ask you to leave if "caught"?

I would interprit the above language to mean that (as in AZ) you can be asked to leave or to check the firearm, not prosecuted unless you refuse to leave.
