    Harley Carnes (CBS)stated during his news segment that a firearm was delivered by mistake to a guy ordering a TV, and that's it! He made no mention of the draconian laws that prevented the recipient from even returning the item. It's a wonder that evil rifle didn't jump out the box and start committing heinous acts right then and there.
