The Probability Broach*

There's a "Wow!" in here, because Issa now says McMahon "will probably be referred for criminal prosecution." [Watch]

Maybe that's why the administration wanted their J.P. Morgan pals to get someone who could otherwise squawk and roll over to the Philippines, stat...I wonder what the probability is a good lawyer could find Extraditable Offense "loopholes", and how long he could drag things out for...?
