A report I read said the shooter, shot the victim once in the head and 4 more times after he was down. When police cleared his weapon there was 1 in the magazine and one ejected from the barrel. That's 7 rounds. Looks like pretty much all of the wounded were hit by friendly (police) fire. I also agree that the shooter committed suicide by cop. Taking the cowards way out.
