How did that happen?
Search me.
They say they did. Twice.
Here's a little experiment: Hide a small squirt gun on your person. Have a significant other do a complete frisk and see if they miss it. Have them do it again and see if they still miss it.
Here's another experiment:
He also said Carter's hands were still cuffed behind his back.Put your hands behind your back and be sure to keep your wrists within an inch or two of each other (maybe have that significant other tie a piece of string around your wrists to simulate the restricted movement limits). Access the squirt gun and then shoot yourself in the head with it.

Happened to Michael Taylor at Juvenile here in the 80s. Easy enough to do away with someone and plant a throw away. Mind you Taylor was a

ReplyDeleteI was sitting in the drivers seat of a patrol car watching a female subject, (handcuffed behind her back) seated front passenger seat, while my partner was doing the paperwork on her car inside the auto pound office. She was handcuffed because male officers were forbidden by policy to conduct a pat down search of a female prisoner.
This young lady informed me that she was carrying a pistol and proceeded to retrieve it from the front crotch of her shorts while seated and handcuffed. Really nice S&W model 36.

I am confident that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement will be glad to appropriately investigate this incident as soon as they finish their whitewash of the murder of Andrew Lee Scott by deputies from the Lake County Sheriff's Office.
