E St Louis is and always has been a piss hole. I'm not surprised that the Mayor and his minions would shit on the Constitution. And so it begins?
The man's a damn fool. Every male citizen of East St. Louis should show up on the street tomorrow morning wearing a bright red or blue shirt and just "hang out". Better still, 1/2 red & 1/2 blue that ought to screw with their minds.[W3]
