In general they don't drive either, so isn't federal funding of hiways a violation of the ADA?
My library experience has been limited to smaller cities (under 10,000) and I have never seen a braille section. And aren't nearly 100% of the regular book inaccessible to the blind? Maybe the DOJ should stick with smuggling guns.
