We've seen Billy's best before, when he was "horsing around and...pulled his gun and stuck it to the chest of" Lebanon's "Public Safety Commissioner." Nice to see he's back from "administrative leave."
Can you imagine the deserved treatment we'd get had you or I done that?
I can only wonder if anyone looked at the P&Ps to make sure this never occurs again?
