raised by broaching the subject, was to challenge Obama on executive
privilege the president has extended to documents subpoenaed by the
House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform that the Eric Holder
Justice Department has refused to turn over. The Republican candidate
did not challenge the president on his reasons for issuing that order,
nor did he pledge to revoke it or to promise cooperation with Congress
