Someone needs to tell those dumbass Canuck cops that you don't grow marijuana outside that far north if you want it to have any THC in it. You can grow the stuff almost anywhere in North America - why do you think they call it "weed"? - but cold climates don't make it generate much THC, hence much of a buzz. The only way to grow commercial grade pot at that latitude is in a greenhouse or some other temperature/humidity/light controlled environment.
BTW, in case you or the feds who are reading this are wondering, I am not now nor have I ever been a pot farmer. It so happens a guy I worked with in the mid 70s had a subscription to "High Times". I got bored and read it when I worked night shift. I have a weird memory.
