As your comment indicates, he didn't pay the ones he was charged for--isn't that great, a rich man supporting collectivists and then dodging his share of the great communal tab. Kind'a like Bono squeezing governments to fight third world poverty and then moving from Ireland to a Netherlands tax haven to protect his own miserable ass...ets.
Yep...he's one of those 1% that need their taxes raised...this time without relief.
