He should have gone to the mayor. Over here in Houston our morbidly obese mayor Parker gave free power to the occupy folks a few months ago. Free to them, we tax serfs paid.

So, that being the case, is the city going to charge the police officer with making an unlawful arrest? Kidnapping? Extortion? All the above? Or is the falsely arrested man going to have the wherewithal ( say, a public defender turned prosecutor ? ) to press charges?
Why not? If you or I made an unwarranted citizen's arrest, you can rest assured we would be charged.
But then, equality under the law is a pipe dream nowadays. Just one more reason why respect for the law is fast disappearing.
