    Hells bells.

    If that skinhead psycho turd gets put back on the streets, I'd say a guy would be perfectly within his rights to use lethal force against him during any encounter.

    I mean...isn't that what some of the cops like him do...shoot first and ask questions later because they were "in fear for their life?"

    It's all about citizen safety, dontcha know...
