It's Not About the Money?

I'd like to find out if a credible legal argument could be made that because attendance is compulsory, a special relationship, and thus a duty to protect exists.

The political left requires that children leave the protective umbrella of their parents' Second Amendment rights, and then gathers the children together in a gun free school zone with no defense where they can be, and have been, and continue to be available to be massacred. Surely there is some legal liability in there somewhere.
    Schools must remove themselves from the "National School Massacre Lottery". Sidwell Friends doesn't participate in it, but Obama and David Gregory want your kids' school to be in it. The national madness needs to end.

  3. While it does stink of ambulance chasing, one has to wonder if this is the wedge we can use to establish liability for creating victim-disarmament zones.
