Both hotel chains' Facebook pages are full of messages urging them to "get out of bed with the NRA", many of them threatening to stop using their hotels until they do. [More]Those are the types who probably bring in bedbugs anyway.
If you're on Facebook, fight back with a message of your own:
My post on their pages:
ReplyDeleteI look forward to staying at your hotels when I am traveling. I am an NRA member. I will continue to support your company whenever the opportunity avails itself.
If the people who are knocking your company for offering NRA members discounts stop doing business with you, it will be a bonus for both your employees and guests to not have to put up with their presence.
Obviously, over the course of the next few weeks, there will probably be an all-out assault on gun rights and the 2nd amendment by Feinstein and her cronies, among other groups like the Brady Campaign, sending out petitions and blah-de-blah.
ReplyDeleteIt seems to me that Google also is on the agenda, as searching for counter and pro-gun petitions yields nothing but gun control and other anti-gun petitions created recently, with nothing even remotely close to what i'm searching for coming up.
I'm just wondering if this website is going to keep up to date on all the proceedings and provide links to pro-gun rights petitions and other efforts to combat the war on the 2nd amendment, as obviously the media will try to silence and censor all opposition to their ideology; it would surely help to have one place where people can go to get the relevant information so they can act.
Garzhad, what do you suggest I drop? I'm not being facetious or smart ass with you, I'm just being candid. I'm doing what I can and there is only one of me. Today, for instance I have two exclusives I need to work on that no one else is reporting on. A lot of people take Saturday off, maybe go shooting, maybe relax...
ReplyDeleteMy niche is not being a catch-all aggregator for the works of others. It never has been. I catch what I can and have time for, but focusing on my own work is what keeps me going and where I think I can make the most impact. Someone else who finds motivation in such things needs to the the leader in the effort you suggest.
