As an aside, I was wondering if you had heard anything about Midway USA not taking additional orders for items they perceive could be banned by an Executive Order. What they ought to be doing is banding together with other suppliers/manufacturers and letting it be known that any EO purporting to ban the sale, manufacture or transfer of currently legal items will be challenged in court, with a TRO/preliminary injunction maintaining the status quo (the ability to sell/manufacture/transfer) until such time as the Constitutionality of the EO is determined on its merits (inclusive of any appeals). Taking any other stance is essentially giving legitimacy to a likely unconstitutional EO before it is even signed.
