The title of Senator Feinstein’s gun ban bill, S.150, is “A bill to regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.”
Take out the double negative of the second phrase, and compare it to the Second Amendment.
Second Amendment: “… the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
S.150: ” … ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is [limited]“.
Have to pass it to see what's really in it.
