What he doesn't say is while he's out there skeet shooting at Camp David, assuming he actually has, he's surrounded by men armed with the finest Personal Defense Weapons money can buy.

You don't think he really reveres traditional "sportsmen," do you, or the thought of 10-year-old boys out for a walk in the woods with Dad and the new bolt-action .22 Marlin?

What he's also not saying is today's "traditional" rifles will be tomorrow's targeted sniper weapons of death, and that, unlike Polyphemus, he won't be honest enough to reveal he'll eat them last.

  1. If I recall correctly skeet shooting was used to train our anti aircraft gunners in WWII.

    It therefore is evil "paramilitary training" and will have to be banned.

  2. He wants the GOP to "compromise" and says they are unreasonable if they refuse to "compromise".
    If every time a liberal politican wants a new gun law and we "compromise", eventually there will be no gun rights at all.
    He brings up the sportsman and hunter but fails to mention the 2nd. Ammendment has nothing to do with hunting, and everything to do with keeping the government from having a monopoly of force.
    Our founding fathers and the militia of the day had weapons comparable to the British army and so we should today.
