    NO, NO, NO! This is no more accurate or acceptable than the mantra that guns kill people.

    The MAN saved their lives WITH a gun. Very big difference in perspective.

    I wish I could write to this author and help her understand this.

    Of course, the woman should have had her own gun. sigh
