I read the first article and I could have sworn that the constitution is the supreme law of the land, not federal law. Federal law is derived from the constitution much like state law. But what do I know, I'm just one of the little people.

ReplyDeleteThis Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof…shall be the supreme law of the land.
It would therefore seem that so-called "gun-control laws," not being made in pursuance of the Constitution, but in violation of it, are not only NOT the "supreme law of the land" but not any law at all.
The outgoing lame duck DEMOCRAT was better on gun rights. He signed the Wyoming Firearms Freedom Act. He said he was reluctant, but he signed it.
