Um, that whole "you have to own property before you can vote/own guns/etc." didn't work out too well for poor Americans in the past. I'm guessing Rock doesn't read much history?
Assigning father-figure status to Obama only shows one thing: Chris Rock is advocating a perpetual, permanent adolescence, completely dependent on the State to provide for his needs.
