    Is this why whenever I hear "Homeland Security", I think of Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union?

    Names sonny, names. This story is worth nothing without names printed! The last thing this drone wants is her name attached to her actions! She and her department thn have to publiclly defend them, usually with a lie that you can use against them in court.
