    Am I wrong in thinking that gov gets priority on ammo orders ? Didn't the fed gov order BILLIONS of rounds of ammo?

    What kind of police department doesn't keep a fair amount of ammo on hand? Why the need for "new" guns? Are they saying they don't have any on hand for active officers?

    Just a bunch of trype IMO
