  1. I don't understand how a law that is unconstitutional can be enforced for six months while they change it. If a law is unconstitutional, it is not allowed. Period.

    What if we passed a law that gave the death penalty for not going to church? Would the courts allow that law to be enforced until it could be rewritten?
