Today's Five-Minute Activism Task

  1. If you haven't already, read yesterday's GRE so you understand the issue.
  2. If you haven't already, go to the Grassley contact link and send him the message to oppose confirmation of Kenneth J. Gonzales for New Mexico U.S.District Court Judge due to the pattern of misconduct uncovered --and cited by the presiding judge -- in his office's prosecution of the Reese family.
I don't ask readers to do that which I'm unwilling to do:

 
 
I hope you decide to join me and to recruit others to do so as well. Seeing what the Reese family has been subjected to, it would be inexcusable to allow their persecutor to have even more power over more families, especially when we know Obama is counting on it.  Please don't let this be another "Profile in Apathy."

    Already done. However, from what I heard the other day, Grassley will vote against Gonzales anyway. It just comes down to the support he has with the rest of the committee.
