You need to sign for a trial subscription to read more, but I read enough. First rule of being an adult is that if do not understand something and its' implications, do not consent to it, especially those things to which you sign your name. It appears that he is not yet ready to wear big boy pants.
I hope that he and all others who consented to this bill get recalled and replaced by adults who read and understand things before they consent.
