zOMG!!! "A HUGE WEAPONS CACHE"!!!

Investigators found a 7-foot pole with a blade on one side and a spear on another, a metal bayonet, three samurai swords, a .323-caliber bolt-action rifle, a .22-caliber Savage Mark II rifle and a .22-caliber Volcanic starter pistol. [More]
I'm just surprised they didn't need to clear a three-block area and call in the explosives demolition boys...

"Authorized Journalists." Is it any wonder we love them so?

Several errors in the search warrant. From the ammo I suspect that the .323 rifle is actually a .303 British Enfield. Plus the check from the mom to the killer for a C183 firearm has been discussed elsewhere. It probably is for a camera.

  3. The more they tell this story, the greater the hype and panic. The media must really hate us gunnies.

  5. 1,600 rounds left behind! Now we know why Wal Mart's shelves are bare.

I've been known to take almost that much to the range.

  6. Every press outlet is reporting the "NRA Certificate" in order to establish guilt by association. I suspect Adam & his mom attended a "First Shots" program or something similar. Ed, thanks for the C183 info - that had me mystified. As for the .323 rifle - that's typical journalistic bungling, like the "silenced revolver" of yore.
