ReplyDeleteSecondly, if government review was required by law before any expression of political speech, orally or written, or permission required before one attended his or her local house of worship, then that law would readily be determined to be an infringement of First Amendment rights. Any background checks or licenses to purchase, possess or carry a firearm or ammunition required by law are likewise submitting to government review and are an infringement of Second Amendment rights.
