A Top Investigative Priority

Let's see, one branch of the government leaves the stuff in an unguarded location and the other branch gets to tray and find it--aside from a make work dig-holes-to-fill-in-style project, this has all the earmarks on an inside job, or one that could have conveniently been allowed to help a provocateur from yet another branch get some headlines when they finally bust the morons who were all talk until they got some ambition talked into them...[Read]
