    Hey Durbin! Read this slowly, even if it is for the first time:

    "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." - Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified 1789, adopted 1791.

    This applies even when those arms are moved across state lines by the people.
